I chose Powerhouse Coach as the name of this program, because it's what my own personal coach has called me for years.
"You're a powerhouse, Susie." she would say to me both in moments of doubt and fear, and big wins and celebrations.
Over the past 3.5 years of creating my thriving coaching business, I've learned to associate this phrase with deepening my own self-reflection.
As I've lived, breathed, and taught this work, I've come to understand my power doesn't come from the money I'm making, or the milestones I've hit in business.
But instead, from being my own best student and teacher, guiding and evaluating myself without judgement every step of the way.

Week 1: The coaching industry is unlike any other industry in the world. Your Life is Inspiration for your Business! So, the most important thing you can to do create business success, is LIVE YOUR LIFE. This week will focus on creating work/life harmony, and being in full integrity in your own life with the values and thinking you teach your clients.
Week 2: Turn your life experiences and personal wisdom into your legacy body of work. This week will focus on how to create a variety of offers for your business ascension ladder. You'll learn what to put into masterclasses, live courses/programs, small groups, 1:1 coaching, etc and how to intentionally charge for them. We'll discuss different membership models, and when it makes sense for you to go that direction. You'll also learn how to discern whether an offer is aligned for you or not.
Week 3: Your coaching zone of genius isn't separate from marketing skills! This week will focus on authentic marketing. You'll learn the difference between formulaic marketing that sounds "professional" and distant, and off the cuff, authentic marketing that speaks directly to your soul aligned clients, and magnetizes them to your work. We'll work together on removing the veil of perfectionism from your marketing voice, and hone in on bringing forth the raw confidence from your coaching sessions into your written copy and videos.
Week 4: People pay for proximity. This week we'll deep dive into how to sell high-level, high-ticket private coaching and small groups. We'll discuss the difference between coaching and mentorship, and how to know when you should be in which mode with your clients. In addition, we'll cover how to communicate and hold strong boundaries with your clients.
Week 5: "Wealth is quiet. Lack is loud." This week's focus (my favorite week of all!) is about money. We'll cover what it looks like to expand your capacity to not only receive, but hold onto more wealth. We'll dive into hot topics in our industry, like "should I talk about my own success/ how much money I make as a selling point?" I'll teach my unique viewpoint of scarcity, and teach you how to create inner peace with your "money story," so that you can move beyond upper limits, sabotaging your success, and feast & famine cycles.
Week 6: God in Your Business. This week will focus on inviting God into your business and money affairs. So many women I speak with have unintentionally separated their faith from business and money. We'll open up rich conversations on surrendering your own plans to God's will for your business, why God doesn't require struggle or hardship before blessing you with wealth, and how you might be getting in your own way of the floodgates of abundance God has waiting for you.
Bonus Pop-Up Q&A's: Each session will always have time for questions and hot seat coaching at the end, but hroughout the 6 weeks I'll host bonus pop-up q&a sessions as needed for additional coaching time.
